• Designing and delivering our programmes around the needs of our clients
• Ensuring that management theory is taught in plain English and applied to our clients jobs
• Providing unprecedented support to individual clients regardless or programme level
• Allowing clients to take a break from their programme if required
• Designing distance learning packages for those clients who cannot come to us
• Operating a client-dedicated website that contains all relevant resources for all programmes

Our learning services:

KD Training Services is a small, family business dedicated to providing the highest possible quality management training for managers at all levels. Over the past 8 years, more than 300 learners have been successful in gaining national qualifications in management at different grades.

We have been very successful in designing and delivering the following national qualifications in management, accredited through the Chartered Management Institute:

† Introductory and Certificate in Team Leading
† Introductory and Diploma in First Line Management
† Introductory and Diploma in Management and Leadership

We also design and deliver bespoke management training programmes for clients.

Key Achievements:

Over the last 8 years we have consistently had a success rate of around 97% for all levels of our programmes. Over 300 people have been successful and this came together in 2006 when we were awarded a top Grade 1 (Exceptional) for our programmes from the Government watchdog, the Adult Learning Inspectorate.
